Reggie Greer is the Principal Broker and Owner of RG Real Estate Services, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate firm. He specializes in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and leasing, serving clients with decades of industry experience and market knowledge.
Previously, Reggie served as Senior Real Estate Manager for Walmart Stores, Inc., where he was responsible for site selection and excess property disposition in various markets across the United States. His background also includes leadership in community banking.
He is a graduate of the Mid-South School of Banking at the University of Memphis and the Graduate School of Banking of the South at LSU.

Matthew Greer is a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas and Missouri with over 14 years of experience in commercial real estate. Based in Bentonville, he serves as Executive Broker at RG Real Estate Services, Inc., specializing in investment sales, leasing, buyer representation, real estate listing services, and tenant site selection.
He holds a BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arkansas, is a CCIM candidate, former board member of the Northwest Arkansas CCIM chapter, and a member of ICSC.
Brookley Gamel is a licensed Realtor proudly serving Northwest Arkansas. An NWA native, Brookley has a deep love for the community and a firsthand appreciation of the area’s dynamic growth and unique culture.
